Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

Applied Medical charges your registration fee for courses after you submit your credit card information, fee structures are outlined in the billing section of the registration process. After confirmation of payment, you will receive a confirmation email typically within 48 hours. Refund / Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed course, please submit an email request to ClinicalEducation-AU@appliedmedical.com. Cancellations in writing will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the start date of the course. For a cancellation fewer than 5 days prior to the start date, no refund will be given. In that case, substitutions can be made with the prior written approval of the event organizer. No-shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration. In case a confirmed course is cancelled by Applied Medical for any reason, a refund will be given or one can choose to attend a course on another schedule date.
